Our After Sales & Service Team is dedicated to give our customers the best after sales service experience, Starting from PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) until making sure that our BLK coaches are safe and sound one the road.

A periodical check and follow up shall be made to make sure drivers, buses and owners are getting the best service for their BLK buses. Our standard BLK bus-warranty is for a period of one year or 100,000 Km whichever comes first. An extended warranty can be applied under special terms and conditions.
With dealership representations in the Middle East & North Africa, BLK customers are able to take advantage of the major component service network already established around the MENA region for service, repairs and warranty claims of these components.
Examples of these are: Engine, Transmission, A/C… etc.
